Porta Palace Apartments

Reception: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 7:00PM  and Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM - 7:00PM

Check-in: Apartment will be ready from 15:00PM on the day of your arrival. (You can always come earlier and leave your luggage at the reception, but if there is someone else checking-out on the same day, the apartment won’t be ready before 12:30PM). Please note that a copy of your ID (EU citizens) or passport will be taken upon check-in by legal requirements.

Check-out: Check-out time is 10:30AM of the day of your departure. (You can always leave your luggage at the reception, located at Via Delle Orfane 34, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 1:00PM and 3:00PM - 7:00PM)

Arrival: You are kindly asked to inform us about the estimated time of your arrival via e-mail or phone in case of coming before or after the opening hours of the reception.

City Tax: City tax of amount of € 2,30 a day per person is not included in the total price and should be paid in cash on site.

Reservation:  Reservation is only confirmed with a valid CREDIT CARD or with the payment of 30% of the total amount if the client desires to pay via SEPA (IBAN IT82 Y084 5001 0000 0000 0002 350). 

After receiving the booking fee we will send you a confirmation containing all the information on the property. Namely: The address and useful contact details for the check-in.

It is crucial to send us flight details and/or estimated time of the arrival as well as a contact number.

Payments: We accept wire transfer and credit card payments. 

Balance payments: Balance payments can be done during the check-out. We accept cash, VISA / MasterCard / American Express credit card/debit card payments.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation 3 days before the booking is fully refunded. Penalty fee for the cancellation within 3 days before the booking is 100% of the amount of 1 night.

During the stay: We apologise but pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only outside in the inner courtyard but not allowed inside of the apartments.
